After spending nearly 20 years in corporate recruiting, I decided to hit pause and spend a summer with my kiddos—taking time to reflect on what truly matters to me, my WHY. My family comes first, and with three kids in daycare, elementary, and middle school, it was clear that the corporate 9-5 wasn’t where I wanted to be anymore.

Having lived in Snoqualmie for over five years, I absolutely love being part of this vibrant community, supporting our local businesses, and soaking up the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. I’m a proud Sammamish native and WSU alum (Go Cougs!). But more than anything, I wanted to build something that would allow me to connect with my community in a meaningful way.

So why Art Major? It’s simple: my kids love being creative and getting messy! Unfortunately, there aren’t any art courses offered at their schools. And I am always looking new fun social outing options to spend time with friends and family. I decided creating a space where creativity can flourish for kids and adults alike felt like the perfect next chapter. And I’m so excited to share that with you all!
